Terms of Service

These are the operating terms for the C3 Leads service. They apply when you purchase the 30-Day Local Visibility Sprint, ongoing management, or both. Buying a plan means you accept them.
1. Who you are contracting with
C3 Leads is a service brand operated by AI Growth Agency LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company. AI Growth Agency LLC is the service provider and the party to this agreement. C3 Leads is not a separate legal entity. "We" and "us" mean AI Growth Agency LLC. "You" means the business purchasing the service.
2. Services
We provide Google Business Profile optimization and management. What we deliver is set by the plan you buy:
- 30-Day Local Visibility Sprint, $997 one-time. The sprint scope published on our website at the time of purchase.
- Ongoing Local Visibility Management, $697 per month. The monthly scope published on our website, billed monthly until cancelled.
- Annual Local Visibility Management, $6,970 per year. The same monthly scope, billed once per year at twelve months for the price of ten.
Work outside the published scope is quoted separately and only starts once you approve it in writing.
3. What we need from you
The service depends on what you give us. You agree to provide accurate, current and truthful information about your business, and to supply authentic photos and materials that you have the right to use. You agree not to ask us to publish anything false or misleading.
If information you provide is inaccurate, or if we're waiting on intake, access or approvals, timelines move accordingly.
4. Timing
Initial optimization is delivered within five business days after payment, completed intake, manager access, and the required information are received. All four have to be in hand for the clock to start.
5. Profile ownership and access
You own your Google Business Profile. It stays in your Google account under your ownership for the whole engagement, and afterwards.
You grant AI Growth Agency LLC authorized manager access so we can do the work. Manager access does not transfer ownership. You can revoke it at any time. We will never ask for your Google password, and you should not provide it to us or to any other vendor.
We publish material changes to your profile only after you approve them.
6. No guarantees
We do not guarantee any ranking, map-pack placement, impressions, traffic, calls, leads, customers, sales or revenue. We do not guarantee that any specific edit will be approved or preserved by Google. Search results and profile approvals are controlled by Google, not by us. Anyone who guarantees you a position is not describing something they control.
What we do commit to is performing the purchased scope of work with reasonable professional care, and documenting what we changed.
7. Google's role
C3 Leads and AI Growth Agency LLC are independent service providers and are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Google. Google and Google Business Profile are trademarks of Google LLC. Your use of Google's services is governed by Google's own terms and policies, including its guidelines for representing your business. Google may reject edits, roll back changes, restrict or suspend a profile at its discretion. We work within Google's published policies and will not knowingly do anything that violates them.
8. Payment and renewal
Prices are in US dollars and are payable in advance. Payments are processed by Stripe. The sprint fee is charged once. Monthly management renews automatically each month on your billing date until you cancel. Annual management renews automatically each year on your renewal date until you cancel.
If a payment fails, we may pause work until it clears.
9. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refund terms are set out in the Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
10. Your materials and our work product
You keep ownership of everything you supply: your business information, photos, logos and other materials. You grant us permission to use them to perform the service.
Once you've paid for it, the work product we deliver for your profile is yours to keep and use, including drafts, records and plans. We keep ownership of our own templates, processes, checklists and internal tooling.
11. Confidentiality
We keep non-public information you share with us confidential and use it only to perform the service.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business or lost data, even if advised such damages were possible.
AI Growth Agency LLC's aggregate liability will not exceed the fees paid for the applicable service during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. For a one-time service, the cap will not exceed the amount paid for that service.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
13. Ending the engagement
Either party may end the engagement in line with the Refund and Cancellation Policy. We may suspend or end the engagement if you ask us to publish false information, ask us to violate Google's policies, or fail to pay. When the engagement ends, remove our manager access from your profile.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase or renewal applies to that purchase or renewal. Material changes take effect at your next renewal.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
