This policy explains what C3 Leads collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it. C3 Leads is a service brand operated by AI Growth Agency LLC. Where this policy says "we", it means AI Growth Agency LLC.
Information we collect from you
When you contact us through the form on this site, by email, or by phone, we collect what you send us: your name, business name, work email, phone number, website or Google Business Profile URL, primary service, city or service area, and whatever you write in your message.
Information we need to perform the service
To do the work you have purchased, we collect and use business information you provide during intake. That typically includes:
- Business name, address, hours, service area and contact details
- Services offered and how you describe them
- Photos and other materials you supply
- Existing reviews and your preferences for responding to them
- Details about competitors you want reviewed
We ask for business information. Please don't send us customer lists, payment card details, passwords, or anyone's personal records. We don't need them and we don't want them.
Google Business Profile access
We work on your profile through authorized manager access that you grant from inside your own Google account. We never ask for your Google password, and you should never give it to any vendor. Manager access lets us edit the profile. It cannot transfer ownership. You can revoke it at any time from your Google account.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects and handles your payment details directly under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not receive or store your full card number.
How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and scope the work
- To deliver the service you purchased
- To send service communications: intake requests, approvals, change records, reports and billing notices
- To keep our own business records
Service communications are part of the engagement. If you also want to hear from us outside of active work, you can ask to be added, and you can ask to stop at any time.
Who else sees it
We use third-party tools to run the business, including email, file storage, payment processing through Stripe, and this site's hosting and form handling through Netlify. Those providers process information on our behalf so we can operate. Beyond that, we share information only when you ask us to, or when the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Security
We use reasonable and appropriate practices to protect the information you give us, including access controls and reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we can't promise absolute security. We hold no security certification and make no claim to one.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and engagement records for as long as we need them to run the business and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. When we no longer need them, we delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to give you a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email cole@aigrowthagency.io and we'll respond. Some records we have to keep for tax and accounting reasons, and we'll tell you if that applies.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party tracking pixels.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top of the page.
